Helen Hayes Youth Theatre
Summer Stock 2008
An intensive summer theater experience. We spend each day rehearsing a show in order to achieve our goal of performing a one-hour long, full stage production including choreography, vocal direction, staging and character development as well as costumes, lights and scenic design.
All levels of performance are welcome.
Tuition: $700 (ages 8 – 18)
$350 (ages 5 – 7)
Rehearsals and Performances will take place in Nyack, NY
Week One rehearsals take place at the Helen Hayes Studios, 142 Main Street
Week Two rehearsals and performances take place at Riverspace, 119 Main Street
Each session runs for two weeks, rehearsing Monday through Friday from 10:00am – 4:30pm with performances on the final Friday and Saturday evening at 7:00pm.
You must provide your own meals and transportation.
Tickets for the performances cost $15 and are not included in tuition.

Summer Theatre Camp (5 to 7 Year-Olds)
A two-week program for younger actors! Rehearsing Monday through Fridays from 10:00AM to 1:30PM, young actors learn songs and dances, and participate in acting games and crafts revolving around the themes of the shows. There is a final presentation,complete with class-made costumes and props, the final Friday of the program. All rehearsals and performance take place in our Nyack studios.
